Product Description

1. Product Name  PSA Small Oxygen Generator

Owing to difference of adsorption capacity of molecular sieve towards oxygen and nitrogen, ZR small oxygen generator can separate fresh and pure oxygen from air directly. Can supply oxygen continuously once plugged into an electric power supply. Oxygen purity can reach 90% after working 5 minutes. It is safe, convenient, clean, green and economical.

3. Principle
The principle of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) oxygen generation is diffusion and adsorption of gases into zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS). Comparing with oxygen, nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed by ZMS while at high pressure. ZMS releases adsorbed nitrogen at low pressure, which is called regeneration. The oil-free and dust-free compressed air enters one of the two adsorption towers filled with ZMS. Nitrogen is adsorbed ZMS micro pores and then retained and leaves oxygen as product gas. When ZMS in one tower is saturated with nitrogen, the adsorption tower is depressurized and ZMS is regenerated for next cycle. While one tower finishes the cycle, the other adsorption tower starts to work in stead, thus to create continuous flow of oxygen.

4. Application
Our PSA oxygen generation equipments have been widely applied in petrochemical industry, electric furnaces steelmaking, glass production, paper making, ozone making,  aquaculture, aerospace engineering, pharmacy industry,etc. They work so stable and reliable that gain widespread popularity.

(7) Ore treatment: applied to ore production process like gold to improve extraction efficiency
(8) Aquaculture: increasing dissolved oxygen in water by oxygen-enriched aeration to improve yield in a great degree, providing oxygen to fish when doing transportation.
